REGISTRATION NOW OPEN 2022 OUTDOOR SPRING / SUMMER SOCCER PROGRAM

We are pleased to offer a House League Program, Competitive Teams and Competitive Development Program. The spring / summer house league program will consist of specialized age training and scrimmages. House League (age 3-6) $150. Includes team jersey. Competitive Teams and Development Competitive Program $185 (includes team jersey, shorts, socks) All programs qualify for Jumpstart at www.jumpstart.canadiantire.ca

By submitting the form, I the parent / guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of AEL FC CANADA, its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for AEL FC CANADA accepting the registrant for it’s programs and activities (the “Programs”). I hereby release, discharge and / or otherwise indemnify AEL FC CANADA, its affiliated organizations and sponsors their employees and associated coaches and personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the Programs and or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.
