We are excited to have this International Soccer ID player assessment Camp coming to London Ontario.
The camp will comprise of drills, technical training, sports psychology, nutrition and player assessments.
Participants will experience the same training and evaluations that are performed at the pro level of the top European clubs.
Space is limited so register early.

Jumpstart and Kidsports will cover registration costs for those applicants that they approve.
REFUND POLICY

If a training camp spot is not available for the player you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw from the training camp spot before the season begins you will receive a refund less the cost of the player kit and less the cost of the league player fee.
If you withdraw from the training camp spot during the week you will not receive a refund.

By submitting the form, I the parent / guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of
AEL FC CANADA, its affiliated organizations and sponsors.
Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for AEL FC CANADA accepting the registrant for it’s programs and activities (the “Programs”):
I hereby release, discharge and / or otherwise indemnify AEL FC CANADA, its affiliated organizations and sponsors their employees and associated coaches and personnel,
including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s
participation in the Programs and or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.
