AEL FC CANADA provide a soccer learning environment in an academy setting. Our head coaches are licensed under Canadian Soccer (CS) and Ontario Soccer (OS). We are commited to helping players be their best and achieve their goals. From the earliest ages we foster a relationship between each player and the ball. As players age our emphasis shifts to how to play within a team structure, how the team should play and how to compete to win. AEL FC CANADA offers a House League / recreational player development program and a competitive team(s) program. Our player assessment will assist to determine which is best suited for each individual.
The mission of AEL FC CANADA is to introduce the game of soccer to youth of all ages and skill levels. To produce players and leaders who positively impact their teams and the world around them. To challenge learning and development through intellectual, technical and physical rigor while providing ongoing individual feedback and support. To create technically and tactically sophisticated players for professional careers, college or at a recreational level in an environment that is safe, fun, ethical and respectful.
AEL FC CANADA's parent team AEL FC is a professional soccer team that competes in the Greek Super League (1st Division). The pro club (AEL) have won the Greek Championship, the Greek Cup and placed in the quarterfinals 1984-1985 of the UEFA Cup Winner's Cup, now known as the Champions League. This record places the club among the top teams in the history of Greek soccer.

I wil respect the rights and beliefs of others and will treat others with courtesy and consideration.
I will be fully responsible for my own actions and the consequences of my actions.
I will treat other players, coaches, officials and spectators with respect regardless of race, color, creed, sex, or ability and seek to resolve conflicts without hostility or violence.
I will respect the property of others.
I will not use, consume or possess alcoholic beverages, tobacco or illegal drugs.
I will not use Social Media to insult players, coaches, officials ou spectators and will keep all soccer related posts positive and focused on AEL FC Canada, not the competition.
I will conduct myself with honor and dignity.

I realize soccer is a team sport, and will applaud the successes of all players as well as my own child.
I will accept the results of every game, and encourage players to be gracious in victory and to turn defeat into a learning experience by working to improve.
I will let the coach coach and the players play.

I realize that any player whose character or conduct violates this Code of Conduct may be ineligible to participate in AEL FC Canada's activities for a period of time determined by the AEL FC Canada Board of Directors or expelled from AEL FC Canada.
our history
It all began April 2013.
Milton Gougoulias reached out to AEL in Larissa Greece and requested permission to start AEL FC CANADA. The pro club (AEL) in Greece happily approved the request.
AEL FC CANADA is now a complete soccer academy which includes two men’s teams, kid’s competitive teams and a recreational house league.
Since 2013, AEL FC division 1 (MMSL) has set some impressive accomplishments that will be very difficult to surpass! AEL has captured 5 league Championship Cups, 1 Champions Cup and 1 Indoor Cup. Perhaps the most impressive and probably untouchable statistic is the undefeated run. AEL had a run of 4 seasons without a regular season loss. Other league records include scoring the most goals in a single season (141). Personal player achievements include 7 Golden Boots.
Strong demand to play for AEL FC gave rise to a second team! In 2017 AEL FC B was created. AEL FC B is a very strong team that has achieved promotion and is currently competing in div 3 (MMSL).
Both AEL FC teams compete in the MMSL outdoor and indoor leagues.
Our home field is the prestigious and elite Hellenic Community Centre which comes complete with a practice field and a full size pro field. The Hellenic Centre boasts the best playing field in London and arguably in Ontario.
In 2018 AEL FC created their first player development U8 kid’s team. The team captured tournament medals and league championships. Once again there was a strong demand to play for AEL. Fast forward to 2020. AEL FC Canada has expanded to a complete soccer academy. The academy offers competitive teams for girls and boys of all ages. In addition, AEL also offers a recreational program which includes a house league. The goal is to develop players and give opportunities to those who are interested in playing professionally, collage scholarships or recreationally.
